Subscription Plans

EvaluationsHub offers subscription tiers designed to match the scale and complexity of your evaluation operations. Whether you are a small team conducting periodic supplier assessments or a large enterprise running continuous multi-department evaluation programs, there is a plan suited to your needs.

Plan details, current pricing, and feature breakdowns are available on the EvaluationsHub website or by contacting the sales team directly. Features and limits may vary across tiers, and the team is available to walk you through which plan is the best fit for your use case.

Enterprise Plan and On-Demand Integrations

The Enterprise Plan is EvaluationsHub's most comprehensive offering and is tailored to the needs of large organizations with complex workflows, dedicated support requirements, and integration needs.

One of the key benefits of the Enterprise Plan is access to on-demand ERP and CRM integrations. EvaluationsHub's integration team works directly with enterprise customers to connect the platform with their existing business systems. Whether you use an ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, or a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics 365, the integration can be scoped, built, and deployed as part of your enterprise engagement.

These integrations are not self-service — they are configured and maintained by the EvaluationsHub team in collaboration with your IT department or systems integrator. This ensures that the connection is reliable, secure, and aligned with your data model and workflow requirements.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscription management is handled through the Admin Management & Subscription section of your EvaluationsHub account. This section is accessible to users with Administrator-level access and contains information about your current plan, billing cycle, and usage.

From this section, administrators can:

— View the current active subscription plan and its renewal date.

— Review the features and limits included in the current plan.

— Contact the EvaluationsHub team to request a plan upgrade, downgrade, or change.

— Access billing history and review past invoices.

Direct payment processing and self-service plan changes may be available depending on your account type. For enterprise accounts, billing is typically managed through an agreed contract and invoiced separately. Contact your account manager or the support team for details specific to your organization.

Storage and Usage Limits

Each subscription tier comes with defined storage and usage limits that govern how many accounts, evaluations, users, and data records can be maintained within the platform. When your storage or usage approaches the limit for your current plan, a banner notification will appear in the dashboard to alert you.

If you find that your current plan's limits are insufficient for your growing operations, the EvaluationsHub team can advise on upgrading to a higher tier or adjusting your enterprise contract to accommodate increased volume.

Billing Cycle and Invoicing

EvaluationsHub subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle — typically monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected at signup. Annual subscriptions generally offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.

Invoices are sent to the billing contact on file and are also accessible within the Admin Management & Subscription section of the platform. If you need to update your billing contact, payment method, or invoicing address, contact the support team at the address listed in your account settings.

Cancellation and Account Changes

If you wish to cancel your EvaluationsHub subscription or make significant changes to your account (such as removing a large number of users or switching from annual to monthly billing), please reach out to the customer success team in advance. They will guide you through the process and ensure that any data export or transition requirements are handled smoothly.

Cancellation policies vary by plan type and are outlined in the terms of service agreed to at the time of subscription. For enterprise accounts, cancellation terms are defined within the enterprise contract.
