The Salesforce integration in EvaluationsHub allows you to seamlessly import accounts, account managers, and relationship managers into EvaluationsHub, making it easier to manage evaluations across customers, suppliers, and external organizations
This integration helps synchronize key business relationships and enhances evaluation workflows.
πΉ Salesforce Pro Version Required
To use the Salesforce integration, you must have the Salesforce Professional edition or higher.

π‘ If you attempt to use the integration with a non-supported Salesforce version, you may see an error, and the integration setup will not complete.
πΉ What You Can Do with the Salesforce Integration
Once the integration is enabled, you can:
β Import Accounts (Customers, Suppliers, and Other External Organizations) β Sync your Salesforce accounts directly into EvaluationsHub.
β Sync Account Managers & Relationship Managers β Ensures the right people are assigned to the right evaluations.
β View & Manage Salesforce-Imported Accounts β Imported accounts will be available in the Account Management section.
β Initiate the Integration via the EvaluationsHub Interface β Start the process with just a few clicks.
- Syncing Customer Feedback β Customer responses from evaluations will later be pushed back to Salesforce for better insights.
- Adding Evaluative Meeting Data β Key updates from meetings (e.g., QBRs) will be synced into Salesforce.
- Sales Meeting Notes Will Not Be Imported β EvaluationsHub will not pull detailed meeting notes from Salesforce into our system.
πΉ How to Set Up the Salesforce Integration
Option 1: Add Accounts via the Account Management Page
1οΈβ£ Navigate to "Accounts" in EvaluationsHub.
2οΈβ£ Click "Add Accounts" and select "Sync from Salesforce".
3οΈβ£ Log in with your Salesforce Pro or Enterprise account when prompted.
4οΈβ£ Confirm the syncβyour accounts and their account/relationship managers will now appear in EvaluationsHub.

The syncing can take up to a few minutes. It is normal that you don't see the imported accounts immediately.
We will show a notification once the synchronisation with Salesforce is completed.
Option 2: Use the Integrations Page
1οΈβ£ Open the dropdown menu in EvaluationsHub.
2οΈβ£ Click "Sync with Salesforce".
3οΈβ£ You will be redirected to Salesforce to authorize the connection.
4οΈβ£ Once approved, EvaluationsHub will begin importing your accounts.
π‘ All imported accounts and assigned account managers will now be available in EvaluationsHub.

πΉ Managing Imported Accounts in EvaluationsHub
Once accounts are imported from Salesforce, you can:
β Assign them to evaluation segments (e.g., Key Suppliers, Strategic Accounts, New Customers).
β Link accounts to the correct evaluation workflows.
β Track their evaluation process directly within EvaluationsHub.

Feedback from evaluations will be pushed to Salesforce to improve customer insights, but Salesforce meeting notes will not be pulled into EvaluationsHub.

πΈ Salesforce Integration Not Working?
- Ensure your Salesforce plan is Professional or higherβThe starter suite of Salesforce does not support custom objects, which is essential for this integration.
- Confirm you have admin access to approve third-party integrations in Salesforce.
πΈ Accounts Not Syncing?
- Double-check that the correct Salesforce workspace
is connected. - It takes up to a few minutes to complete the synchronisation. You will see a notification on your screen once this step is complete.
- Refresh your screen.
- Some accounts may require manual selection during the import process.
πΈ Missing Account Managers or Relationship Managers?
- Ensure the roles are assigned properly
in Salesforce before syncing.

Make sure to have added enough business units (or accounts) to your subscription. If you do not have enough, you can click on 'login to central domain' via the dropdown in the top right, or here:

Check with your system admin to add more business units to your subscription if needed. Otherwise the business units will show as 'inactive'
