The platform recognizes four distinct user profiles, each with specific roles and permissions. This guide explains the differences between these profiles and how they interact within EvaluationsHub.

🔹 1. The Internal Company (Primary Account Owner)

The Internal Company is the organization that subscribes to EvaluationsHub and has full administrative control over the platform. This company is responsible for:

✅ Managing the subscription and branding of their EvaluationsHub instance.
✅ Adding and managing external users (e.g., suppliers, customers, consultants, or researchers).
✅ Controlling evaluation methods, workflows, and reporting.
✅ Defining data access levels for consultants and third parties.

💡 The internal company is the only profile that pays for the platform.

🔹 2. The External Company (Invited to Join, No Subscription Required)

The External Company consists of suppliers, customers, or other business partners who are invited by the Internal Company to participate in evaluations.

✔ They do not need to pay for the platform—access is provided by the Internal Company.
✔ Their primary role is to complete evaluations, provide feedback, and engage in assessment processes.
✔ They have restricted access, meaning they can only see their own evaluations and related workflows.

💡 External companies cannot invite additional users or manage accounts unless explicitly given permission by the Internal Company. You can request additional business units under your company and this will need to be approved by the organization that has added you.

🔹 3. The Consultant or Advisory Firm

Consultants and advisory firms can be added by the Internal Company to support evaluation processes, offering expertise in setting up frameworks, analyzing data, and guiding strategic decisions.

• Can be granted selective access to accounts, evaluations, and reports.
• Help connect the dots between evaluations, performance, and strategy.
• Serve as a starting point for deeper consulting engagements based on evaluation insights.

• A consultant working for a supplier can monitor performance across the supplier’s customers to identify areas for improvement.

💡 The Internal Company has full control over which accounts and data a consultant can access.

🔹 4. The Third Party or Researcher Profile

The Researcher Profile is designed for third-party organizations collecting or analyzing data within EvaluationsHub. This is particularly useful for:
