What exactly is a 'supplier' for billing? One external organisation you actively manage in the platform – with their own portal, scorecard, documents and workflows. Internal users and supplier portal users are always free on every plan.
Is EvaluationsHub and InitiativesHub priced separately? Yes. Each product has its own per-supplier rate. At 50 suppliers you pay 50 × €3.00 for EvaluationsHub and, if you use it, 50 × €3.00 for InitiativesHub. You can subscribe to one or both independently.
Are all automations included? Yes. Automated scoring, CAPA workflows, recurrence scheduling, notifications and document collection are fully included in every paid plan. Eva AI adds a cross-checking layer on top – it is not required for automation to work.
Do volume discounts apply automatically? Yes. As your supplier count crosses a tier threshold, the lower rate applies to all suppliers automatically.
When does Enterprise pricing apply? From 500+ suppliers. It adds a monthly platform fee (from €900) and unlocks custom ERP/tech stack integrations, SSO and multi-entity management, on top of the per-supplier PAYG rate.
Can I use EvaluationsHub without an ERP? Yes – it works as a fully standalone platform. Import your supplier list via CSV, connect via email, and run the entire SRM cycle from day one.
Do I need a consultant or implementation project? No. Self-service setup, most teams go live in 3–4 weeks. You can also upload your current process and the EvaluationsHub team configures it for you at no additional cost (see the Setup article).
Is my data stored in Europe? Yes. All data is on AWS EU-West, encrypted at rest and in transit. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
