✔ Compliance & Data Protection – Many industries require strict security measures. Business emails are managed by IT teams who ensure GDPR, ISO, or other regulatory compliance.
✔ Prevention of Fraudulent Activity – Free and temporary emails can be used to create fake accounts. By requiring verified business emails, we minimize security risks.
✔ Better Communication & User Experience – Company emails ensure that all evaluation requests, notifications, and reminders are delivered to the right users without getting lost in personal inboxes.
If you are unable to sign up because you only have a free or personal email address, try one of the following solutions:
If you have a business email (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com), use that to sign up or log in.
Your company may have assigned you a corporate email that you’re not aware of. Check with your IT, HR, or admin team to see if you have a valid business email.
If you’re being added as part of your company’s evaluation process, an admin from your company can invite you directly to EvaluationsHub. They can add your official business email to the system so you receive an invitation.
If your supplier or customer has invited you, ask them to ensure they’re using your correct business email. If your company does not have an official domain-based email, your EvaluationsHub admin might be able to provide an alternative way to access the platform.
