Troubleshooting: Why Can’t I Access My EvaluationsHub Account?

If you’ve been invited to EvaluationsHub but are having trouble logging in, there are a few common reasons why this might happen. This guide will help you troubleshoot login issues, verify your email, and regain access to your account.


🔹 1. Use the Email Address from Your Invitation

When a company invites you to their custom EvaluationsHub domain (e.g., https://companyname.evaluationshub.co), you must log in using the exact email address that was used for your invitation.

📌 Why is this important?
✔ Your account is linked to the organization’s workspace through your specific email address.
✔ Logging in with a different email may result in restricted access or an error message.
✔ Your evaluations, tasks, and company-specific settings are tied to the invited email.

✅ How to Find the Right Email to Use

  • Check Your Inbox – Look for a welcome email from EvaluationsHub or the inviting company. This email confirms your registered address and provides your login link.
  • Ask Your Company’s Admin – If you can’t find the invitation, reach out to your company’s EvaluationsHub administrator and confirm which email they used to add you.
  • Try Logging In with Your Business Email – If you have multiple work email addresses, attempt to log in using the one most commonly associated with your company.

🔹 2. Verify Your Email Address

Before you can log in, you must verify your email address. When you’re invited to EvaluationsHub, you receive an email with a verification link. You must click this link to confirm your email before gaining access.

📩 Didn’t receive the verification email? Try these steps:
Check Your Spam or Junk Folder – Sometimes, automated emails are filtered out of your main inbox.
Look in Your Notifications or Promotions Tab – Email services like Gmail may categorize system emails in these folders.
Search for "EvaluationsHub" in your email – Try searching for keywords like "Welcome to EvaluationsHub" or "Verify your email".
Wait a Few Minutes – Emails sometimes take a few moments to arrive.
Request a New Verification Email – If you haven’t received it, try logging in again and clicking “Resend Verification Email.”

🔹 Important: If the email address entered contains a typo, you won’t receive the verification link. Contact your company’s EvaluationsHub administrator to correct it.


🔹 3. Forgot Your Password? Reset It!

If you have verified your email but forgot your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1️⃣ Go to your custom login page (https://companyname.evaluationshub.co)
2️⃣ Click on “Forgot Password?”
3️⃣ Enter your business email address and submit the request.
4️⃣ Check your inbox for the password reset link.
5️⃣ Follow the instructions to set a new password and log in.

📌 No reset email?
Check your spam/junk folder – The reset email may be filtered.
Ensure you entered the correct email – It must be the one associated with your EvaluationsHub account.
