How to Navigate and Manage a Specific Account in EvaluationsHub
Managing a specific account in EvaluationsHub allows you to tailor evaluations, track progress, and organize key company details. This guide will show you how to navigate to an account, manage tasks, update organizational roles, and customize account-specific settings.
Accessing a Specific Account
To find and manage an individual account:
Navigate to the Accounts Dashboard
- Click on “Accounts” in the top navigation menu.

- You will see a dropdown list of all accounts you manage.
- If there are no accounts on that list, it means that you have not yet added any accounts to your platform. Adding accounts can be done this way: Click on 'Account Management' from the dropdown under your name (top right of your screen).

Select an Account
- Use the search bar to find the account by name.
- Click on the account name to open its Account Overview Page.
🔹 You can also toggle between your company and the external account by clicking on the company name at the top of the page.
What You Can Manage in an Account
1️⃣ Account-Specific Tasks (Kanban View)
- Each account has a Kanban board displaying all related tasks.
- Tasks can include pending evaluations, compliance checks, or internal projects.
- You can:
- Add information, comments, and more to the tasks
- Assign specific tasks to internal members or external stakeholders.
- Track deadlines and progress directly in this view.
➡️ Use the Kanban view to ensure evaluations and follow-up actions stay on track!
2️⃣ Account Overview: Organization Structure & Hierarchy
The Account Overview Page provides a detailed view of the organization:
Organization Chart
- Displays departments, roles, and members within the company.
- Shows a hierarchy view of decision-makers and stakeholders.
Actions Log
- Tracks all changes made to the account.
- See who modified roles, updated tasks, or completed evaluations.
➡️ This helps maintain transparency and ensures accountability within evaluations!
3️⃣ Managing Account Members & Stakeholders
You can manage who participates in evaluations by updating stakeholders:
Add or Update Members in Departments
- Navigate to the Organization Chart tab.
- Select a Department and click “Add Member”. We have a set of standardized department names. You can disable the department names that are not fitted for your organization
- Assign them a role (e.g., Manager). Create new roles if you want.
- If you have added a company without adding an email address, we list them by a non-working email address, which looks like this: onboard+ex..@evaluationshub.com
- Thus, add members and you can add their e-mail address by clicking on their name.

Link Internal & External Accounts
- Accounts can include both internal employees and external partners.
- Link external stakeholders to ensure the right people can fill out evaluations.
- Toggle between internal and external company views by clicking the company name at the top of the account page.
