The “Getting Started” section introduces new users and administrators to the EvaluationsHub platform. These guides cover initial access, account creation, basic navigation, and essential system settings—ensuring that everyone can quickly get comfortable and productive with EvaluationsHub.

Accessing EvaluationsHub

Purpose:
This guide explains how to log in, reset passwords, and troubleshoot basic access issues.

High-Level Steps:

  1. Open the Login Page: Visit the provided URL and enter your credentials.
  2. Resetting Your Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, select “Forgot Password” and follow the reset instructions.
  3. Supported Browsers: For the best experience, use a modern browser like Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Note: Once logged in, you’ll arrive at the main dashboard.


Creating Your First Account (for Admins)

Purpose:
This guide is for administrators setting up the organization’s primary account. It includes steps to configure the company profile and invite other users.

High-Level Steps:

  1. Initial Registration: On the login page, select “Create an Account” or follow the registration link provided by EvaluationsHub.
  2. Company Details: Enter your organization’s information (e.g., address, VAT number, industry).
  3. Administrative Settings: Set your main language, add a company logo, and configure default contact details.
  4. Completing Setup: Save changes to finalize your administrator account. Once done, you can start inviting other users.

Accepting an Invitation (for External Accounts)

Purpose:
External consultants, vendors, or partner organizations may receive an emailed invitation. This guide shows how to accept and log into EvaluationsHub.

High-Level Steps:

  1. Check Your Email: Open the invitation email and click on the provided link.
  2. Set Password: Create a new password if prompted.
  3. Confirm Account Details: Review and update your profile information as needed.
  4. Login: Proceed to the custom login page CompanyName.evaluationshub.co and access EvaluationsHub using your credentials.
  5. Enter the OTP code or security code that was sent to your inbox. Check your spam as well, and add the sender to your trusted contacts to get the future emails in your inbox.

Navigating the Interface

Purpose:
This section offers a quick orientation to the EvaluationsHub environment, menus, and toolbars.

High-Level Steps:

  1. Main Menu: Located on the left side, it includes sections like Tasks, Evaluations, Surveys, Documents, and more.
  2. Top Navigation Bar: Contains your account settings, notifications, and search functionalities for specific accounts.
  3. Contextual Panels: Some pages have panels or tabs that reveal additional information.
  4. Responsive Design: The interface automatically adjusts to different screen sizes for mobile or tablet use.

Key Sections of the Dashboard

Purpose:
Provides an overview of what you see upon logging in—your main dashboard.

High-Level Steps:

  1. My Tasks: Shows pending tasks and their deadlines.
  2. Account Evaluations & Surveys: Find ongoing evaluations or survey activities.
  3. Quick Access Panels: Access documents, benchmarking data, performance charts, and news updates from the dashboard.
  4. Account Overview: Quickly check your organization’s status, zones, and key metrics.

Setting Up Your Profile

Purpose:
Helps each user create a personalized profile, including basic contact info, language preferences, and profile images.

High-Level Steps:

  1. Access Profile: Click on your avatar or name in the top navigation.
  2. Edit Personal Info: Update your name, contact details, and city.
  3. Upload a Profile Image: Add or change your profile picture.
  4. Save Changes: Click “Update” or “Save” to apply the changes.

Personalizing Your Settings

Purpose:
Allows customization of various personal settings, such as default language, notification preferences, and communication details.

High-Level Steps:

  1. Language & Locale: Select a preferred language for your interface.
  2. Notifications: Enable or disable email, SMS, or in-app notifications.
  3. Communication Settings: Set up or update SMTP preferences if you manage outgoing communication (for admins).
  4. Confirm & Save: Always review changes and select “Save” or “Submit.”

User Permissions and Roles

Purpose:
Explains how to manage user permissions, assign roles, and understand access levels within EvaluationsHub.

High-Level Steps:

  1. Roles & Permissions Overview: Administrators can assign roles (e.g., Admin, Evaluator, Viewer) to control access.
  2. Adding New Users: Invite team members and assign them appropriate roles.
  3. Adjusting Permissions: Change or revoke permissions as organizational needs evolve.
  4. Audit & Review: Regularly review user permissions to ensure compliance and security.
